Chana Masala can be paired with almost anything. Puris, rotis, rice, quinoa, or even eaten by itself. It is super filling, flavorful, and nutritious. Don’t ever feel like recipes are set in stone. You can always adapt them to your liking. If you are not a fan of spice, feel free to reduce the quantity. You can still eat great meals without compromising on flavor. If you want to know a substitute for anything, don’t hesitate to ask. Enjoy!
