Cold Brew Vs. Iced Coffee

Iced coffee is just coffee brewed the regular way with hot water and coffee powder that you let cool and then is poured over ice and served right away.

Cold brew coffee on the other hand is brewed with room temperature water for at least 12 hours or more and then strained. Mix with water and then serve cold.

I like to add some cream because I DO NOT like black coffee.

I had such high hopes for this "action shot" picture. I redid it 3 times. It was either super blurry or I had a finger in front of the lens or had a whole host of other problems. Out of 30 pictures, this was my best. And I even edited my best to put up here. We’re all just doing our best. Don’t let one snapshot of a manufactured perfect moment become your benchmark for perfection.
