Corny Bites. Summer Nights.

I have such great memories of walking through busy streets in India as the day winds down and the smell of street food fills the air. I would often stop at a food cart for some freshly roasted masala corn! Since summer is winding down I wanted to share this great chili-lime sweet corn recipe with you all!
*Recipe* - corn on the cob with husks on -butter -chili powder -lime wedges
•Peel off the first layer of corn to get any dirt or gunk off. •Boil your corn with husk on for 10 mins. You can also bake your corn in the oven or roast on a grill. •In a cast iron or any other pan melt a knob of butter. Peel back your corn or remove husk. Place your corn in the pan and flip until roasted to your liking. •In a small bowl mix your chili powder and salt. Take a lime wedge, dip into the mixture and then rub liberally on all sides of the corn. •Enjoy!
