Memorial Day Spread

Going through a bout of gastritis, so here is my anti-inflammatory spread for Memorial Day. Grilled fish, steamed veggies, boiled corn, steamed yellow rice, oven-roasted red potatoes, and a fresh fruit salad. Lots of whole nutrient-rich foods with no added sugars.
