A Weekend Brunch

Weekend brunch recipe! A crustless quiche served with a side of a simple arugula salad and some berries for a contrast of sweetness! (I apologize for the off center video 🙈 I’m still learning)

*Ingredients* - 3 eggs - 1 t of salt - 1/4 t freshly cracked pepper - 1/2 t ground nutmeg - 1 cup of half and half - cubed ham - your choice of cheese (I suggest gruyere, but I used the sharp cheddar I had on hand) - chopped asparagus - sautéed mushrooms

•Bake at 350F for 40-45 mins. Let quiche cool for 20-30 mins before serving. *Feel free to cut out the ham to make it vegetarian!
