Okay so I lied, I have one more game day recipe for you. It’s funny because I don’t even know who’s playing. In fact, I have no plans to even watch the game. BUT I have had the best time coming up with recipes for it! These cauliflower wings are so hearty, you’ll hardly miss the meat. They are a great healthy snack and super easy to make. So without further ado...
*Recipe* - 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets - 1 c flour - 1 c milk/plant based milk - 1 T oil - 1 t garlic powder - 1/2 c panko bread crumbs - 1/2 c Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c buffalo sauce
1. In a bowl, mix the flour, milk, oil and garlic powder together. Add in the cauliflower florets and mix well so each floret is evenly coated.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat each floret in the breeding.
3. Bake at 400 F for 15 mins or air fry at 400F for 10 mins
4. Remove and toss in buffalo sauce and then return to the oven for 5-10 mins or air fryer for 3-5 mins until crispy.
Serve with ranch dressing!
