Sadly this was probably the last of the mangoes this season. So let’s keep things simple with this 4 ingredient mango chia pudding. *Recipe* - 1 can of full fat coconut milk - 3 T chia seeds - 1 cup diced mango - 1 T honey • In a container mix the coconut milk, chia seeds, and honey. Cover and keep interest be fridge for an hour. • Pour your chia mixture into a glass and top off with fresh mango. You can garnish with some coconut flakes for added coconut goodness. . .
