It’s week 2 of the @thelittleplantation’s @eatcaptureshare_ fall challenge! Today’s theme is #dinersdriveinsanddives!
So this burger was actually made by my brother at his house. It’s got a chunky beef patty, crispy bacon, and an oozing egg in between a pretzel bun! It’s the picture of opulence just how @guyfieri would want it!
*Recipe*
- 1 lb. 80% lean ground beef, makes 4 patties
- 1 T Montreal steak seasoning
- 4 Slices of American Cheese
- 4 eggs
1. In a bowl combine the ground beef and steak seasoning. Form into quarter pound patties and set aside.
2. Heat up a cast iron on medium high. Once hot, place your beef patties on it and cook for 4-5 mins. and then flip over. At this time place your cheese slice and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium well burgers. In the same pan, fry your eggs.
3. Serve on a pretzel/brioche bun with butter lettuce, red onions, tomato slices, bacon, and fried egg.
