*Recipe* - 1 lb. chicken wings - 1/4 c all-purpose flour - 1/2 t salt - 1/4 t freshly cracked black pepper - 1 T vegetable oil Sauce - 6 T soy sauce - 3 T brown sugar - 2 T rice wine vinegar - 1 T chili garlic sauce - 1 T sesame oil - 1 T cold water + 1 t corn starch

1. In a bowl combine the flour, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken in oil and toss in the flour mixture. 2. Bake in a 375F preheated oven for 40 mins. 3. While the wings bake, prepare the sauce by combining the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice wine vinegar, garlic sauce, and sesame oil in a sauce pan. When in comes to a boil, lower the heat and pour in the cornstarch mixture and mix for a minute and then turn off the heat. 4. Brush on the sauce on your cooked wings and broil for 2-3 minutes on high. Flip them over and repeat.

Sprinkle on sesame seeds, spring onions, and sliced green chilis and serve.
