Mango Lemonade

When life gives you lemons, don’t just make lemonade, make mango lemonade!

Here’s a super easy drink for a sunny Saturday like today.


*Recipe*

- 1 c lemon juice

- 1 mango or 1 c mango pulp

- 1 & 1/2 c sugar, divided

- 4 c water

- Pinch of salt


* In a blender combine your chopped mango and 1/2 c sugar. Add a splash of water and blend until smooth. If you can’t find fresh mango, just use mango pulp which you can find at any Indian store.

* In a large pitcher, add the lemon juice, 1 c sugar, and 4 c water. Then add your mango pulp and mix well. Add just a pinch of sea salt on top to really bring out all the flavors. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
