So I usually like to take pictures of my food in the daytime when there is ample natural light 1. the pictures turn out better that way 2. I don’t have fancy light equipment. But when inspiration hits, you just have to go for it and boy did I come up with a winner! This is not your traditional tuna sandwich. It’s really healthy and tastes Ah-mazing. - 1-5 oz can of tuna in water - 1 t Huy Fong chili garlic sauce (same brand as Sriracha) - Half a small red onion finely chopped - 1/2 t garlic powder - Salt and pepper - Bunch of cilantro finely chopped - Juice of half a lime - Drizzle of olive oil - Bread of your choice - Breath mint * Drain your tuna for at least an hour. I feel the longer you drain the better the tuna tastes. * In a bowl add the tuna, chili garlic sauce, onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper l, olive oil, and lime juice and mix. You can add chopped up celery or cucumber if you like a crunchy texture but I didn’t have any. * Toast your bread. I recommend using a whole grain bread with nuts and seeds. It’s healthier and adds to the overall taste. Spread your tuna mixture on the toasted bread. This is enough for 2 sandwiches. * Once you’ve devoured the sandwich, pop a breath mint in your mouth because well...🙃
