Pico de Gallo

I could sit and eat a whole bowl of this pico de Gallo all on its own. I love having it with grilled fish and chicken, with rice, or with tortilla chips. I think the combo of lime and cilantro is AH-mazing!
Some people LOVE cilantro and others think it tastes like soap. What side are you on?
*Recipe*
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 an onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 jalepeño, deseeded and minced
- juice of 1 lime
- salt to taste
- 1/4 t cumin powder
*There's really nothing to it! Just chop up your veggies and mix everything together.
Great with fresh made tortillas, tacos, or on grilled fish. The possibilities are endless!
