Baked Potato Wedges

These oven roasted potato wedges are so easy to make and don’t require many ingredients. I made them with my Southwest black bean burgers (last post) and they were a big hit!

*Recipe* - 3 potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise - 1 T vegetable oil - 4 cloves of garlic minced or 1 T garlic powder - 1 T onion powder - 1 t paprika - sea salt to taste

• Pre-heat oven to 425° F • In a large bowl combine all your ingredients except salt and mix well. Add your potatoes and make sure they are well coated. • Spread your potatoes on a tray lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 mins. Flip them half way through. • Once dome cooking, sprinkle your wedges with sea salt and toss.
