Trail Mix

You can save a TON of money by making trail mix at home by buying things in bulk from grocery stores rather than buying tiny packets that may have things you may not like.
Trail mix has 4 components: nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and sweet. Add everything in equal parts, mix, and enjoy! I love the combination of sweet and salty.
My family doesn’t like any additional sweets added, but if taking some on-the-go for myself, I add white chocolate chips! Try it! You won’t be disappointed.
*Recipe*
- 1 c roasted cashews
- 1 c roasted peanuts
- 1 c roasted almonds
- 1 c shelled pistachios
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c craisins
- 1/2 c white chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds (or any other seed of your choice)
Mix everything and keep in an airtight container
